I go indie

It's just the beginning. I'm starting a new turn in my professional life : make an entire game alone ! is it sound crazy ???  Programming included of course :) I think about it since a very long time. I want to make a game like a painter in its workshop, no huge team (no team at all), no mass of money, but ideas !

It's a risky goal. Very hard to reach ! I'm not sure to make something interesting. But life isn't about certitude.

I stopped my contract with ubisoft for one year. So let's go !

Awesome!

It's inspiring how you moved from 3D ,to concept art to art direction and now i m sure your game will be great too.

Hope you'll share some news about it.

Thanks all !

Tom > Basically I don't like risky experiences ! I hope this one will be a good experience. I have certitude about juste one thing : I'll learn ! So just in case everything goes wrong it'll be not the worst investment :)

Adam > Montpellier is a fun place. The weather is warm with plenty of sunshine. The old city center is very nice. In fact, Montpellier is one of the nicest cities in France for living, the sea, rivers etc ... and if you can work with the team of Michel Ancel it'll be better ! ;)

soon as I can, I will give you some news ! :)

Good luck! Sounds like a great project. I wish more games were made these days with smaller teams and less money, it allows for more creativity and you don't have to worry about making the game bland to make sure it sells enough to recoup your investment.

Sounds really great! Best of luck to you!! With your talents and power of imagination everything is possible. But don't underestimate the immense amount of time needed to finish a game. I think the hardest part is the final walk after finishing the playable prototype. I wish you all the patience you need to get it there!!

Do you already know what programm language you want to use?

Thanks Martin. You are absolutely right ! And I have to keep a reachable goal.
I use Unity 3D and C#.
